My son, Jeremy, just sent me this link to a column Paul Krugman wrote over a decade ago, in which he dimisses Hayek’s explanation of the boom/bust cycle. Krugman says that he has uncovered puzzles which only he and Keynes could solve. I’ve challenged my students here a Beth Bowyer to deconstruct Krugman, would any of you care to rise to the challenge as well?
